Manager, Global Product Commercialization Overview

We empower customers to make better data-driven decisions by unlocking a holistic view of consumer behavior beyond their four walls and distilling actionable insights from data. We work with financial institutions, retailers, telecommunications organizations, travel companies, and more. We are looking for a seasoned product manager to join the Operational Insights Program Global Product Management team. This person will be part of a team of talented product professionals working with customers and cross-functional teams identifying, driving, and monetizing opportunities to retain, grow, and expand the business operation. The overall purpose of the role is to support and drive market development, revenue optimization, and non-organic growth strategic initiatives for a payment processing anomaly detection solution.
Key Responsibilities
Work with key stakeholders to identify and develop new market segments, driving expansion and increasing market share. Identify and develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing and new customers such as pricing optimization. Lead efforts to identify and implement partnerships to accelerate growth and expand our product offering. Use data analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and identify growth opportunities. Manage a wide range of stakeholders such as go-to-market, customer success, engineering, legal, compliance, finance, marketing, and sales to ensure we define optimal solutions and scope the product/service must follow to be successful in the market. Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to drive product innovation and differentiation. Drive meetings, product demos, and give presentations to internal and external stakeholders at senior level. Contribute to the development and execution of product growth and expansion strategy. Lead by example with a hands-on approach to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices. All About You
Deep understanding of how card payments network ecosystem works such as four-party model and authorization flow. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate problem statements, growth opportunities, influence, and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. Ability to deal with ambiguity, set goals, influence our strategy, and drive initiatives forward to deliver tangible results. Ability to think strategically and execute to a high level of quality and rigor. Team player, comfortable building relationships, working with colleagues with different views, in different locations, levels of expertise, and seniority. Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams, driving successful and measurable product results. Education & Experience:
5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth and expansion, market development, and revenue optimization in payments. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Experience in data analytics products and business intelligence solutions is a plus.
