As Matre dhtel, you will organize the catering sales outlet for which you are responsible, ensuring the quality of service offered to customers while managing and motivating the team to promote sales and quality of service.

You will contribute to the expansion of catering sales revenue. The Matre dhtel must also ensure compliance with and application of health and safety rules.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides and supervises excellent customer care. Advise the customer through a perfect knowledge of the products offered. Coordinate the activity of the team. Prevents wastage and loss of raw materials. Participates in inventories. Analyses results and implements corrective actions. Applies brand and hotel procedures and policies. Ensures compliance with health and safety standards (HACCP). Organizes the covers according to business forecasts. Pays attention to customer comments (follow-up). Qualifications: SKILLS REQUIRED 3-5 years experience in the same role. Sense of hospitality and service. Commercial mindset. Leadership. Good interpersonal skills and self-confidence. Ability to work effectively as a team and sense of initiative. Language proficiency according to hotel needs. Fluent in Italian & English; French is highly valued. Employment Type: Full-time
