Maintenance Manager - Roma Plant

Descrizione lavoro:What You'll Be DoingWe are looking for a talent who wants to undertake a professional path starting from the role of Plant Maintenance Manager for our Roma Plant.
The person will be responsible for the Maintenance department of the Rome plant and will have the objective of maximizing the efficiencies of the plant's systems and creating new maintenance standards.Your Activities Will IncludeCoordinate maintenance activities, which are reactive, planned, preventive and predictive, relating to all production plants.Be responsible for achieving plant performance objectives, through the definition and application of appropriate strategic plans.Ensure the correct implementation, processing and effectiveness of the Breakdown Analysis and the related corrective actions and lessons learned.Participate in the definition of the short and medium/long term capex plan and in the characterization of the opex requirement.Develop specific reports for performance reporting and analysis.Propose and define the training needs of the maintenance team, supporting the development of skills and succession plans.Who We're Looking ForYou have a degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical, electronic, electrical engineering).You have gained experience in the industrial sector, in similar roles, of at least 2 years.You know how to work by managing priorities effectively.You have excellent problem-solving skills, seeking innovative solutions.You have good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.You have good leadership and communication skills to interface with different company departments.You have a good knowledge of written and spoken English.Where?We are looking for talented individuals to join us within our Rome Plant!What next?Our Talent Acquisition Team will assess your application and if you have what we're looking for, you'll be contacted for an initial phone screen.If you make it to the short list, you'll be interviewed by your future Manager!
