Settore Turismo with high level compensationStaff house in the middle of the center of SalóCanteen and breaksHigh level learning activitiesFood & Beverage discountsFamily & Friends discounts in the ResortDiscount on SPA servicesStrategic position (just 1 km of distance from the Resort to Salò beaches, ferries pier, historic center and promenade)Career opportunities in a successful and international group.Responsibilities Maintaining and caring of the furnitures, decors and the entire building services (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrician, plumbing) in compliance with legal standards and Hirmer Hospitality procedures.Regular checking of the technical rooms, offices, swimming pools, kitchens, restaurants, bars, equipments, SPA area, fire protection system, audio system, air conditioning, aspiration system and technical facilities.Carrying out and checking regular maintenance and service work.Painting walls if necessary.Analyzing malfunctions and solving problems faults in guest rooms/suites and public areas.Assisting with special projects and supporting gardeners if necessary.Requirements Technical high school diploma with high grade.Minimum 3 years ´ work experience preferably at a high-level Hotel in the same role.Italian and English confidence are mandatory.
