LOGISTICS il looking for a
LUXURY SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST
Beverage and Hotel Division.
**Specifically, it will carry out the following activities**:
- Reviews and monitors all Food &
Beverage product profiles and assures that they are in line with the standards required, particularly on the luxury profile products;
- Supports decisions and action when Food &
Beverage product replacements are urgently needed;
- Verifies orders and delivery schedule in collaboration with the Culinary Operational Team;
- Assuresaccuracy between systems and actual inventory in order to facilitate and efficient base for financial and inventory reporting, order reviews;
- Carriesout par levels and budget spot checks and provides suggestions for adjustments, if necessary;
- Analyses budget and consumption trends for the vessels assigned, ensuring orders fall within budgetary guidelines and supports budgetary management tools for shipboard and office users;
- Oversees the day to day administration activities with all relevant shipboard departments, as well as supporting and training the onboard staff such as Procurement Team and Food &
Beverage Controller;
- Proactively works with Logistics Department, by checking ships orders timeframe, according to the provisioning plan, vendor's locations and products availability, ensuring smooth delivery operations to the vessels;
- Maintains a constant collaboration with the Culinary, Food &
Beverage and hotel leadership team in order to plan and execute a flawless business support;
- As a member of the shoreside team, the Luxury Supply Chain Specialist is a representative of the office team and ensures that all company standards and procedures are in place and followed;
- Participates in purchasing departments meetings' concerning all provisioning plans;
- Guarantees an efficient flow of communications between vessels and the office.
**The ideal applicant meets these requirements**:
- Previous experience in the role, minimum 3 years;
- Experience in the Luxury sector and comprehensive understanding of luxury supply chain management;
- Fluent English, any additional language is an advantage;
- Good inventory management knowledge and experience;
- Good analytical &
Excel skills and knowledge of inventory management systems;
- Experience in managing work teams and good relationship management skills;
- Abilityto work as part of a team with a positive can do attitude;
- Availability to travel.
