**Role purpose**:
The Local Product Manager will be responsible for owning the overall integration and launch of products in the market, working closely with Global Product managers and within the marketing tribe.
He/She will have the full responsibility of P&L, product lifecycle, customer experience for Vodafone services and products related to fiber and convergence.
**Behaviours & Competencies**:
- Analysis of demand and market benchmarks, with the aim of identifying the best targets for the Family offer and areas for improvement and evolution
- Attention to market trends and evolution of internal demand (Vodafone customer base) and prospects.
Vision with respect to the evolution of the connectivity portfolio and the roadmap of international products
- Design and management of the offer portfolio, with a focus to the declination of customer journeys on all targets, commercial strategies on the various channels and cross sell and upsell paths
- Ability to lead cross-functional work groups with the aim of ensuring maximum involvement and compliance with roadmaps
- Focus on commercial performance and compliance with the targets and the P&L of the offer
- Ability to optimize the mix of marketing levers and identify new go to market and go to sales approaches functional to direct commercial performance
**Skills**:
- Good analytical capability with problem solving skills and commercial background
- Good negotiation skills with both internal and external parties
- Project management skills and hand on experience in implementing projects
- Good communication skills and ability to co-ordinate and work with different functions
- Well organized with attention to details.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
**Education & Experience**:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics or Engineering
- Fluent written and spoken English.
