The role of Ferrari Lifestyle is to fuel long term growth by broadening our customers' base and expanding our value proposition beyond our core business, while preserving our brand's DNA, its heritage and values.In order to strengthen our Architecture Visual team, we are looking to hire a Lifestyle Architecture Specialist, based in Milan (Italy).In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Architecture Manager in the management of all new openings, relocations, renovations, temporary and touch ups projects in line with the Ferrari Brand Identity and Store Concept.The main responsibilities will be:Operationally manage budgets allocated to individual projects and review budgets.Liaise with regions and VM to prepare project briefs.Manage the legal and documentary aspects of the project (monitoring contracts with Legal, purchasing process, etc.
).Manage relationships with suppliers for necessary mock-ups/samplings.Provide technical support to the VM team in the creation of pop-ups and temporary stores.Regular site visits to supervise work.Report to Architecture Manager on progress of project phases.Required ProfileIn order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, and you will have gained at least 2/3 years dedicated experience in the role in luxury contexts.Experience in managing architectural projects (new openings, relocation, renovation, temporary and touch ups) is mandatory to manage the activities.In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured.
You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning).
You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team.
