Legal Counsel

Your new role We are looking for a Legal Counsel specialized in Construction that will be a key member of the European legal team.
This Legal Counsel will provide quality and relevant advice on the whole spectrum of legal matters regarding the Company's construction activities in Europe (Spain, Italy, UK) and will work closely with contractors and construction companies.
Key Responsibilities for this role are:
general assistance on technical contract matters for construction and operation, revamping, project development, engineering and construction, asset management, security contractsanalysis of the applicable laws in respect of the contracts, drafting of legal opinions;lead legal due diligence efforts in development activities review and negotiate different technical related commercial contracts and reply to a wide variety of requests for legal assistance from different functionsprovide a balance analysis of key risks in the activities of the company from a legal perspective and provide mitigating actionsdeal with external parties (regulators, external counsel, clients, suppliers and financing partners)What you'll need to succeed
Required Skills:
