Legal Assistant - Public Access To Documents

Would you be interested in joining the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) as an interim via Randstad Italia?If you have a good proficiency in English and knowledge of European law this could be your chance to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.We are looking for a Legal Assistant - Public Access to Documents to work in the Legal Affairs Unit.EFSA is committed to supporting the careers of people with visible and invisible disabilities that are encouraged to apply to Randstad open positions to be deployed at EFSA.The purpose of EFSA is to be globally accessible to any person regardless of their age, gender, culture, or ability, to foster the greatest degree of independence.Assist in the coordination of the Public Access to Documents (PAD) team; Assist the PAD team to meet targets and KPIs, in particular compliance with PAD obligations; Perform legal research activities, prepare legal advice and draft documents and correspondence; Collaborate with scientific Units for: (i) extraction and screening of documents and data; (ii) masking commercial and technical information; (iii) assessing exceptions, legal risks and documenting them, sanitisation of documents; Provide clerical support (fixing meetings, disseminating communications, preparing presentation material).
