BREAK THE ICE! Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position: The Legacy Intern will support the Head of Legacy, the Legacy Coordinator, and the external team dedicated to the Legacy Function in a variety of tasks. These include creating presentations, managing conference calls, preparing documents, organizing meetings, and more.
Key Responsibilities: Presentation Creation: Utilize extensive PowerPoint knowledge to create charts and presentations that effectively explain legacy concepts and projects to external stakeholders. Conference Call Management: Directly manage calls with external stakeholders such as municipalities, regional authorities, CONI and CIP, ministers, schools, etc. Document Preparation: Develop comprehensive documents related to directly managed projects and assist in creating a repository for various projects. Meeting Management: Organize meetings with internal Functional Areas (FAs) to manage legacy activities arising from their operations. Project Support: Assist Legacy FA in delivering key projects, including: Walk the Games, Go for 30, Venue Legacy Plan, Legacy Implementation of Italia dei Giochi, Follow operational steps with main legacy stakeholders like FICTS, CSI, etc. Requirements: Required Skills: Strong communication skills Ability to adapt to different project requirements Flexibility in managing timing and daily workload Desirable Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English Other information: Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is committed to building an inclusive and diversified working environment, striving to guarantee equal opportunities for all workers (L.903/77) and promote the integration into its workforce of persons with disabilities (L.68/99).
