We have 21 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, Lyon, and Brest in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, Bari, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece; and Hamburg in Germany.If you feel inspired by our story and you're ready to take off with us, continue reading!We are hiring a Learning and Development Specialist who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?If your answer is yes, apply to come on board and make Volotea your next professional destination.What you will do:Designing e-learning courses based on business needs.Manage and coordinate external training courses and providers.Make learning and development reports.Keep our LMS (Volotea Campus) updated with the sessions of trainings planned for the year.Take ownership of all the FUNDAE process, through our Learning Platform and our partner.Coordinate workshops and team building activities.Coordinate the agenda of trainers and participants to ensure trainings are delivered as planned.Identifying, designing, developing, and implementing effective learning and development initiatives that support the business needs.Content creation, learning assignments and new curricula development on Campus Volotea.Design and create internal content as training manuals or online learning modules.Follow up and evaluation of learning and development initiatives regarding business KPIs.What you will need:Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.1-3 years involved with Learning Management Systems."People First" mindset.Good team player, approachable and able to create excellent relationships with the stakeholders.Excellent written and oral communication.
