We are seeking a dynamic Lean and Process Innovation Agent to join our Lean & Process Innovation Team at Carel Industries in Brugine (PD).
This role involves leading and supporting the organization in implementing process improvements through the application of Lean approaches and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Support : Lead and support improvement groups, providing expertise and coordination, and offering feedback on methods and behaviors.
- Communication : Ensure effective communication and dissemination of results and methodologies at the group/process level.
- Project Proposals : Suggest new improvement projects based on the company's general guidelines.
- Training : Organize and lead training programs on Lean approaches and methods for new colleagues.
- Global Collaboration : Connect and collaborate with colleagues from foreign subsidiaries and plants to ensure alignment on standards and best practices.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a multinational context, with a track record of leading medium to large complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and delivering tangible results.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies.
Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus .
- Knowledge and interest in Innovation Management, Customer Development, Design Thinking, Agile.
Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Passion for leading projects with data-driven abilities.
- Strong team working and problem-solving skills.
- High capacity to handle a large variety and type of stakeholders.
- Proactive, innovative, creative, and optimistic mindset.
