As a Lead Supplier Fulfillment Associate, you will be the main point of contact for main Suppliers for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies.
You will work with key Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and to identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability.
You will be accountable to solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term/long-term business goals.
You will ensure that business strategies are followed for fulfillment and quality.
You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the product/commodity managed.
**As a Lead Supplier Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for**:
- Managing delivery of materials for the assigned Suppliers, monitoring the production plan and coordinating Logistics until receiving into the systems, in line with Company processes and procedures.
- Giving the visibility to Internal Customer on Supplier plan, preventing criticalities and managing priorities, to ensure the achievement of Services and Manufacturing Sales Plan and quick execution in case of Customer outages and emergencies.
- Cooperating with Suppliers, Service Fulfillment, Manufacturing Operations, Project Managers, Quality and Engineering to define preventing actions and recovery plans on business urgencies.
- Supporting Suppliers execution, keeping all main metrics into the system updated, coordinating with Material Management to support Inventory Management, Sales Plan and programs for Services ODB reduction.
- Collaborating with Suppliers and supporting relevant Service Provider to ensure On Time Delivery for all documentations associated with the materials supplied.
- Interacting with the Platform and Operating Units inside Procurement Organization and to provide regular feedback about Supplier performances to refine the Supplier strategy.
- Partnering with Quality to support Supplier surveillance and on time issues resolution.
- Cooperating with Logistic team to generate transportation best plan to minimize cost and improve efficiency.
- Supporting both Vendor Recovery negotiations & results and Account Payable resolution on invoices issues.
- Supporting key Procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.
- Ensuring Supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements.
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or alternative MBA.
- Have minimum of 6 years working experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Commercial, with preferred knowledge of oil and gas products.
- Demonstrate marked leadership skills, being able to effectively drive execution, influence internal stakeholders and guiding peers grow.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to learn and consolidate new products, business areas and managed commodities.
- Have strong attitude and open mindset focused on partnership, inclusivity, proactivity and fast innovation, to embrace the Cultural Transformation Company need.
- Be stress resilient with professional attitude and have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment.
- Be autonomous and a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative for solving problems.
- Show analytical approach for problem identification and their quick resolution.
- Have team working attitude, be motivated and focused on results.
- Show good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, to be able to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders and to facilitate supplies execution.
- Be willing to travel both to regional and international locations, to work with suppliers (up to 20% travel required).
- Be fluent in both Italian and English and hold an EU passport.
- Be proficient in MS Excel & ERP Systems.
