Lead Housekeeper

DescriptionJob Title: Lead HousekeeperJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Grand Villa Assisted Living FacilityJob Summary:Grand Villa is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to join our team at our assisted living facility.
The Lead Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that our facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping and be able to lead a team of housekeepers to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department- Train and supervise housekeeping staff- Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, safe, and well-maintained- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment- Respond to resident and staff requests in a timely and professional manner- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulationsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods- Ability to lift and move heavy objects- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screeningWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
