Lead Compositor

Lead Compositor EDI is looking for Lead Compositor to join our creative team.
Job Responsibilities: Managing a Compositor's Team for a Feature Film, TV Series, and Commercial.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Working closely with Producer & VFX Supervisor to ensure the quality and delivery expected.
Oversee the running of projects, working with F-track assigning tasks.
Comfortable with strict and well-organized pipeline and render procedures.
Composite shots to a finished standard.
Follow the time schedule, performing reviews with compositors (Snr, Mid, Jr).
Set up the look of key shots as well as taking on more complex compositing tasks.
Decision making and collaboration with other Head Departments (Lighting, CGI, ART, FX, etc.).
Quality check third-party vendors (Rotoscoping, Clean-up, and prep).
Required Skills Qualifications: 5-8 Years Experience with Nuke.
Experience with F-track/Shotgun, Mocha.
Leadership: ability to manage a team.
Ability to troubleshoot and multitask.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
