We enable your best to power our future. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Italian TAM Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and executing TV Audience Measurement projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
\n ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of TAM projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery against established goals.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other operational teams, to align project activities with overall business objectives.Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain project timelines and quality standards.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues before they impact project success.Resource Allocation: Ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently across projects, balancing workload and priorities.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders on project status and key milestones.Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies within the team. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the media or technology sectors. Experience with TV Audience Measurement or similar data-driven industries is a plus.Proficiency in project management software and tools (es. Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and in project management tools (es. Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Language: Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
