Skinceuticals, a premium medical brand of the L'Oréal Group, is seeking a talented and driven Key Account Manager dedicated to developing the Aesthetic Medicine Clinic channel. The successful candidate, who will join a rapidly expanding team, will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clinics, with the goal of increasing sales of Skinceuticals dermocosmetic products and strengthening the brand's presence and credibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with current and potential clients, proposing tailored solutions and anticipating their needs. Ensure the identification of the correct targets and the achievement of monthly sales objectives. Manage the client portfolio and all sales-related activities within the designated channel. Present the Skinceuticals product catalog and treatments in a professional and persuasive manner, highlighting their benefits and added value for clients. Provide personalized advice to clients on the range of available products and their use in various procedures, with the aim of growing their business. Actively collaborate with the headquarters team (Marketing, Medical, Digital) to ensure brand image consistency and strategic alignment of all initiatives. Carefully monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and anticipate industry changes. Participate in industry conferences and events to promote Skinceuticals products and expand the network of contacts, representing the company in a professional and engaging manner. Establish and maintain lasting relationships with existing and future clients, based on trust and transparency. Qualifications:
Degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology) or economics. Required experience in the field: min 4-5 years. Solid knowledge of the aesthetic medicine sector (products and/or devices) and an established network of contacts with the target audience (Aesthetic Doctors, Aesthetic Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proactive and results-oriented attitude. Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills. Residence preferably in central Italy. Strong propensity for client contact (B2B relations) and dynamism (90% of time spent traveling).
