**OFFICE**
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions.
Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
**THE ROLE**
We are hiring a Key Account Director to drive revenue across brick and mortar key accounts.
You will develop and implement effective strategic plans, increase market share and build and maintain relationships with your responsible accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the assigned Key Accounts and all targeted categories
- Lead and drive a team of Key Account Managers.
- Represent the assigned marketplace channel and accounts internally as an 'ambassador' towards all functions and help manage all account interfaces.
- Lead the development of account strategies and providing plans and forecasts on customer performance.
- Measure progress on your own KPIs and monitor and report on customer and competitor activities and propose actions.
- Lead the development of seasonal integrated marketplace strategies to ensure go to market readiness and lead the key account teams through the seasonal process.
- Drive mutual NGG++/Account profitability using relevant commercial and business planning tools.
- Hire and develop talent, teamwork and diversity in the account teams.
- To report regularly into the Head of Sales.
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience in planning, selling and negotiating
- Strong industry knowledge, across divisions of apparel and accessories
- You are able to analyse data to improve decision making and implement strategy.
- You have excellent commercial acumen and experience manager key KPI's and contributing to profitable growth.
- You have experience working cross functionally to deliver results.
- You have an in-depth understanding of key markets, consumers and accounts.
