Your opportunity We are seeking a proactive Graphic Design & Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced content developer and graphic designer with a creative mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile.
The Graphic Design & Content Specialist will be part of the broader communication department and will contribute to ensuring the outdoor & lifestyle brand's visual identity across all types of content that we conceive, create and manage.
How you will contribute Create compelling visual/video content for digital and print media, including but not limited to media, social media, website, POS materials, and presentationsSupport in campaign development from shooting to implementationCollaborate with the larger communication team on ideation, visualization and development of creative concept, supporting development and execution of design projectsWork on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detailAssist with other design-related tasks as needed, such as photo editing and video productionEnsure consistency in branding and messaging across all design materialsSupport the development of visual guidelines to ensure consistent communication across touchpointsExecute assets from concept to delivery, including overseeing the development of creative guidelines to aid in execution, as well as the post-production, asset selection and retouching processWork on 2D, 3D, CGI, and motion graphics content, ensuring these are integrated seamlessly into our visual communication strategy Who you are +2 years of experience in graphic design, content development or related fieldsEnglish and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plusStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)Proficiency in working with 2D, 3D, CGI, and motion graphics contentExperience in the fashion, sports, or eyewear industries is highly desirableA creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and project managementA strong team player able to build strong relationshipsStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAbility to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements Why work with us?
