As part of our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an exceptional Junior Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Junior Strategic Consultant for a position based in Milan, Italy, with a hybrid work formula (offices based in Assago).
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Manage end-to-end consulting project activities, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within the retail fashion industry.
Participate in client pitches, proposal development, and lead generation activities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs.
Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with their goals.
Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the retail fashion market, including market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
Translate findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
Digital Innovation: Participate in the functional development of IT solutions (workflow, RPA) that can help customers in the digital innovation process.
Profile Requirements: Qualifications and Skills: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
Little experience in a consulting environment.
Positive approach and ability to work as a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Power BI.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in English and Italian is required.
Additional languages are a plus.
