ALTEC is seeking for a Junior Sales Contractor Administrator to join our Business Development & Sales unit.
Duties Manage and plan the activities of the Bid team focused on the preparation/writing of the proposal and associated documentation (schedule, WPs etc..). Support the preparation of offers and proposals to customers in liaison with ALTEC's Bid Team Support. Contributes to define the Proposal template, the list of annexes and documentation – in line with customer request and sales policy . Contributes to the assessment of alternative solutions. Prepare Storyboard and Mockups Grant coherence among various elements (programmatic, financial, technical), then reflected in the various volumes and contribution (i.e. Supplier proposals). Ensure the proposal schedule is respected. Support Red team organization and manage feedback and re-working activities. Participates in the implementation of all economical and financial aspects decided in Bid process and in the negotiations with the Customer. Finalizes the best contract possible in accordance with the Cash and negotiation mandates decided by Senior Management. Defines and formalizes in the offer/contract terms of all the necessary conditions (including requirements relating to the payment plan, deliverables, cash in/ out, partial payment terms …). Manage cost consolidation techniques taking in care internal rule and selling objectives. Support cost engineering effort in terms of design to cost. Use parametric cost estimation technique. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Master degree in Engineering or Economic education. Good knowledge of the English language (writing/reading/speaking). SOFT SKILLS Accountability Proactivity Organized and methodical with strong communication skills Result oriented ADDITIONAL ASSETS Experience in Space market ( ESA, ASI, Export ) Experience 1-3 years in this role
