We are looking for an Area Manager (AM) to be hired with a permanent contract in Nord-Ovest territory within the OEM Sales Area.

Your Challenge As Area Manager your mission will be to implement a customer centric vision and growth mindset approach, for the development and growth of important customers, setting strategy, achieving quarterly sales objectives, and providing direction and leadership to assigned multiple Sales Representatives.
She/He will be Sales responsible for selected customers and sales agents in the Macro Area Nord-Ovest, inside Digital Industries Italy.

She/he will also set the strategy to win new customers in coordination with BU's and Sales in the Italian NO territory. Digitalization will be key factor for the success of this role.

She/he will report directly to Macro Area Manager.
