Location: Milano, Milan, Italy | Agency: McCann - Italy | Type of Contract: Regular Position summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Producer to join our creative advertising agency.
As a Production Assistant, you will support the production team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to post-production.
You will assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring that all elements of the production process run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Assist producers and production managers with administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing meetings, and coordinating communication between departments.
Help manage logistics for shoots, including booking locations, arranging equipment, and organizing talent and crew.
Support on-set production activities, ensuring the crew has the necessary resources and that production stays on schedule.
Coordinate deliveries of assets and materials to clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Keep track of project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met.
Manage production budgets, expenses, and invoices in collaboration with the finance department.
Ensure compliance with agency processes and assist in obtaining necessary permits or licenses for shoots.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to creative development.
Handle ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of production.
Desired Skills Experience Previous experience as a Production Assistant or in a similar role within advertising, film, or media production is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, or similar).
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of industry-standard production equipment and processes.
Flexibility to work outside of standard hours when necessary, including on-site during shoots.
Proficient knowledge of English and Italian.
