Purpose of Position: We are seeking a results-oriented and creative Junior Marketing Manager responsible for delivering integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives in a leading company within the food ingredients industry.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager EMEA, the candidate will develop and execute the annual strategic marketing plan while analyzing the market, client needs, competition, and trends in the EMEA market.
The position focuses on the full product assortment for Food Manufacturing and SME clients, creating ATL and BTL activities in collaboration with the marketing and communications teams.
Close collaboration with relevant departments, particularly Sales, the Applications team, and R&D, is essential.
The primary focus is on strategically managing all product categories, with specific attention to Food Manufacturing client needs, to support IRCA's global positioning and growth.
Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities: Create Customer and Category specific marketing plans that support the creation of tailor-made concepts in line with market trends and needs for FMCG clients.
Handle customer meetings in the assigned EMEA countries where marketing support is required (innovation days, capability meetings) from the briefing to the concept to the final presentation, as well as the follow up in close collaboration with the sales counterpart.
Steer the development of tailor-made customer concepts in collaboration with the corporate chef team and R&D.
Support the Marketing Manager EMEA in assortment management: new product development, product improvement, delisting, assortment analysis (FM / SME).
Channel communication: develop required supporting material for the sales channel and the respective communication channels (e.g.
LinkedIn, website, press…) in collaboration with the communications team.
Product market intelligence: competitive analysis, client and consumer trends.
Requierements: Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Professional Skills: Excellent understanding of FMCG players and affinity to sales; Outstanding project management skills; Good data analysis skills.
Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing, ideally also in Sales; experience in the FMCG Industry is a must.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Additional language skills are a plus.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and databases.
Behavioural Requirements: Communicates effectively and has exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Develops strong working relationships; Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously; Prone to autonomous management and organization of work; Hands on attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment; Attitude for continuous learning / curiosity.
