Position Overview LePub is looking for a strategic, experienced Senior Social/Content Manager to join our Milan office! You will be a key player within the Content Team, reporting directly to the Head of Content, and working closely with the Strategy Director. This role requires a strong focus on strategy, as you'll lead content efforts with a balance of creative and business insight. You will also be working side-by-side with the client to always capture their needs while providing best-in-class advice and executing the work.
Your To-Do List: Client Management & Strategy: Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, attending brand planning workshops and leading client presentations. Collaborate with the Strategy Director to deliver well-rounded, data-supported content strategies that address clients' business needs.Strategic Leadership: Take ownership of project supervision, ensuring both creative and strategic elements align with client goals. Oversee content development from a high level, ensuring that all initiatives contribute to the broader strategy.Creative Input: While focusing on strategy, play an active role in shaping innovative, bold ideas that push boundaries. Collaborate with the creative team to refine concepts and ensure alignment with the brand vision.Project Management: Manage workflow to ensure tasks are delivered on time and within scope. Oversee the junior members of the team, mentoring them to foster growth and continual learning.Competitive Insights: Stay informed about clients' competitive landscapes, delivering actionable insights that shape ongoing strategies.QualificationsIf you have:
At least 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a senior content role within the advertising, communications, or marketing industries.A proven track record in strategic content development and management, with experience overseeing projects on both a creative and business level.Expertise in social platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, Social Mention, Digimind, Socialbakers, Talkwalker), and the ability to use data to shape strategic decisions.The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Fluency in English, with proficiency (C1-C2) in additional languages such as French, German, Italian, or Spanish. German/French or Italian/Spanish skills are highly advantageous.If you are:
