In order to support our business in Italy, we are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Junior Key Account Manager to join our sales team.
You will report to the Head of Sales, and your role will be to manage existing customers (both Grocery and Out of Home) as well as to identify and conquer new customers. You will also support in the management and alignment of our field force.

Your role: Manage existing customers: you will take over the management of some existing customers, becoming the main point of contact and in charge of defining and implementing promotions, in-store activities and introducing new products. Find and activate new customers: your key task will be to ensure we continue growing our distribution, by finding new customers in the grocery and out of home channels. You will need to be extremely entrepreneurial and find any possible way to find the right contacts and convince them to buy our products. Ensure accurate planning and analysis: reflect the latest hypotheses in our systems to optimize our forecast and participate in the yearly budget process. Perform analysis on your clients to keep close monitor of sales and marginality evolution. Support the management of the Field Force: our field force is key to implement our strategy in-store. You will need to always keep them aligned on the objectives for your customers, and support the overall management of the field force (recruitment, objective tracking, coaching,…). Provide inputs for the development and implementation of trade marketing activities: work closely with our marketing / trade marketing to identify and help to develop the best communication materials for our customers, and make sure they are implemented in-store. Competencies: A first successful experience in FMCG, preferably within the food & beverage industry; Very strong entrepreneurial attitude: you need to be excited to grow something from zero to hero; Proactivity level: 100%: you will need to constantly find new paths for growth and try new approaches in order to build our distribution; "Le field, c'est chic": you will be based in our beautiful office in the centre of Milan. However you will need to keep a close link with the in-store reality, therefore you must enjoy the idea of spending some time in-store to verify our guidelines are implemented; A proficient level of English is required to work with our international colleagues. Ideally you should also have a valid driving license; A good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) is required. You will be in charge of updating the forecast for your customers in our systems and prepare presentations for your meetings; Additional information: Permanent & full-time contract Localization: city center of Milan, Italy Starting date: May 2024 As well as the standard stuff you get for turning up for work, we provide an opportunity for you to be a force for good, a great and small local team to work with, and as many smoothies as you can drink.
