Atlante is NHOA's new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated.
The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.
**Posizione**:
We are looking for a **Junior IT Specialist **with the legally protected status (Categoria protetta, L. 68/99).
- The person will be in charge of the first level of help desk and will coordinate the work with the corporate ICT team at NHOA._
- The person will have to support the ICT department to properly carry out the tasks related to Atlante which will be the full management of company assets such as: workstations, laptops, smartphones, tablets in their complete lifecycle, that is:_
- _
- _Market research to identify the best products;_
- _Orders to the supplier (creation of assets and PR on our SAP ERP);_
- _Delivery and storage in the warehouse;_
- _Preparation (setup) for delivery to the end user;_
- _Technical periodical status check;_
- _Management of returns warranty and not (repairs);_
- _Regeneration of assets;_
- _End of life management (asset sale or disposal)._
- In addition, the management and monitoring of local and on-site (e-station) ICT infrastructure is required, such as internet connection (WAN), local network (LAN, WLAN), Virtual Private Network, some network equipments (virtual or phisycal) such as routers, access points, switches, printers, videoconference kit, smart TV, and manage local ICT contracts such as ISP (internet service provider), mobile phone operator, and other subscriptions related to ICT_
**Requisiti**:
- At least 1/2 year of experience as 1st level help desk;
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques: ISO / OSI stack knowledge; Networking competences; HW / SW knowledge and Microsoft Windows 10 and Mac OS operating systems (mandatory);
- Computer Science degree is the preferential title;
- Willingness to travel;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
