Company: Tecnimont Services Spa The role is crucial for managing the Digital & Energy project portfolio of the Maire Group.
This position is part of the Project Management Office, reporting directly to the PMO Manager, and frequently collaborates with all stakeholders of the Digital & Energy Services, other staff functions, as well as direct interaction with the CIO, the CISO, and the Company's Senior Managers.
Duties and responsibilities Development, implementation and documentation of standardized project management methodologies and best practices, following the needs of the organization.
Management of complex projects supporting TCMS senior management, ensuring they are carefully monitored in terms of schedule, quality, cost, compliance, and coordinating the necessary recovery actions whenever detect deviation from schedule or specifications.
Continuous monitoring and control of projects portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
Provision of guidance and support to project managers and teams, as well as other staff functions.
Ensures that the performance of the subcontractors in her/his scope is carefully monitored in terms of schedule, quality, cost, compliance and coordinates the necessary recovery actions whenever detect deviation from schedule or specifications.
Coordinates all necessary recovery actions whenever detect deviation from schedule or specifications under the guidance of the appointed project manager.
Directly participates to the internal or third-party audit activities for her/his position.
Knowledge & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, in project management, or related fields.
PMO, IPMA or PRINCE2 Certification.
ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000 Certification.
Certification on ISO/IEC 27001 is a plus.
Certification on COBIT 5 or COBIT 2019 is a plus.
Experience 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on standardization and complex projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience on ISO/IEC 27001 standard in a project environment is a plus.
