A few examples of your responsibilities: Support Spooners throughout their journey in the company, including their onboarding, offboarding, and the implementation of performance review changes.
Help manage labor contracts for Spooners based in Italy and abroad, and assist foreign Spooners with their visa and relevant documentation.
Work with the People Operations team to manage and improve our Spooners' welfare and benefits policies.
Keep up to date with laws and regulations regarding health and safety at work, and make sure they're enforced.
Provide support for extraordinary administrative operations and ad hoc projects.
