Mission: The candidate will join as a Junior Sales (seniority to be defined based on candidate profile) within the Italian Corporate Derivatives team, in charge of FX, Money Market, and Interest Rate Derivatives products sales.

Tasks and responsibilities: Supporting the team to provide outstanding coverage of the clients across the different asset classes: FX: be familiar with pricing options and structured product solutions; confident on execution; interact with trading; understand market dynamics on the different currencies.Rates Derivatives: understand the product, get involved in the credit line request process along with profitability considerations.LIS: understand the liquidity solutions products and client's needs.Supporting the senior members of the team in developing the Italian client base.Liaising with the support functions to address day-to-day pre and post-trade issues.Working together with internal business partners (for instance structuring, research, and coverage departments).Liaising with peers in other Regions.Complying with risk limits, internal policies, and compliance rules.Understanding the risk culture.Understanding and implementing the team spirit and professional engagement within the team.Profile required Studies & experience: Economic degree.Previous experience of 2-3 years as corporate derivative sales in Italy is highly desirable.Language skills: Fluent in Italian and English.French is a plus.Technical, operational & Soft skills: Deep understanding of the FX and Derivatives Market.Deep understanding of the regulatory framework and its impact on our business.Understanding of the market dynamics with corporate clients.Good knowledge of Corporate Finance to understand clients' needs.Respect for the guidelines and rules.Ability to focus on the right priorities.Team Spirit.
