You will be: Driving a wide range of different projects jointly with FBK customers.
Involved in company-wide strategic programs and work on a variety of tasks such as requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post implementation support.
Partner with our Project Management teams to provide holistic, scalable solutions and oversee the successful implementation of these projects.
Key Responsibilities: Perform business and systems analysis to optimize processes and improve end-to-end user experience through application re-design and functional changes Collaborate with clients and internal/external stakeholders to understand their tender management needs and objectives.
Gather and define the business requirements for software development Formalize in documentation the business requirements, user stories, functional specifications and identified gaps, detailing the new software features and enhancements Daily interact with customers through requirement gathering sessions, solution proposal presentations and features demonstrations Provide ongoing support in user acceptance testing (UAT) and live training to end-users as needed Act as Project Manager, monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery of solutions Work closely with software developers, UI/UX designers, IT and QA teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions Support testing phase to validate that the software meets the defined requirements Analyze business processes, systems and data, to identify opportunities and propose solutions for process improvement and optimization Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support them on their path to Tender Excellence You: Are fluent in English and Italian Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent Have proven experience as a Business Analyst or related role, preferably in software development projects Work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships Are proficient in data analysis tools and techniques Have the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs Are detail and results-oriented with an ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have deep understanding of software support end-to-end business processes Even Better: Experience in Consulting, Cloud/SaaS Business, or Life Sciences and Software fields Understanding of Tender Management processes and industry standards Have knowledge of SAP, JDE ERP systems Familiarity with project management activities, agile methodologies and software development life-cycle Proficiency with Excel, SQL and Tableau Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and user stories Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) What FBK can offer you: The opportunity to work in a unique and fast growing field: Tender Management A growing team from diverse backgrounds to learn from and work with Investment in your personal growth and skill development (career paths, L&D courses, mentorships, and more) A unique combination of innovative atmosphere paired with great professionalism and self-responsible work A clear set of company values that guides everything we do: Play Like a Team, Wear the Customer's Shoes, Kindness Always and Think Forward.
