Your Tasks You assist in the execution of communication strategies across various platforms and stages of the customer journey
You support the CRM team in planning and executing communication flows, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy, and help manage and improve communication strategies to enhance customer experiences along the customer funnel
You serve as a support point of contact for legal communication matters, assisting in content review and strategy for projects with legal implications, and collaborate on communication strategies for local markets, adapting to new legal and localization requirements
You assist in strategizing and implementing communication aspects of conversion rate optimization tests and website revamp projects
You ensure continuity of communication projects in Spain and Italy and own communication across the entire customer funnel from a Spanish and Italian marketing perspective, and create UGC scripts while managing UGC content creation together with local agencies
Your Skills You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 1-2 years of experience in a copywriting or communication role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
You are passionate about copywriting and finding new ways to translate customer research to fit customer needs, and have a keen eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling
You have strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow into a strategic communication role
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, Italian and English
You have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support senior staff in strategic initiatives
