We have great ambitions to grow into a leading food organization in Italy, impeccably delivering tailored everyday eating options our customers are excited about.The RoleAs a Jr Marketing Communication Manager, your mission will be to contribute to the building of a strong and large scale consumer brand in Italy. Reporting into our Market Lead, you'll be the main point of contact and local owner across all Brand & MarComm related projects for the Italian market - incuding PR, Copywriting, Social Media and Design, while participating in our Global Brand planning process.What you'll doPR: coordinate relationships with our Italian PR agency (incl. PR roadmap, media seeding and press releases approval),Copywriting: Translate, adapt and localize a wide variety of consumer-facing and internal content from English to Italian, including copy for user experience (UX), websites, apps, transaction funnels, e-commerce, digital advertising, social media, brand positioning statements, messaging houses and CRM (email marketing, push notifications, etc.),Structure messaging for specific topics ( brand messages, benefit messages, sustainability messages) to apply throughout all marketing and product channels,Social Media: manage the editorial pipeline and content creation of our consumer-facing accounts,Design: work closely with our central team of designers to ensure the timely and successful brief and delivery of required assets. Be able to support the project management and successful execution of ad hoc Brand opportunities that may be identified as we scale.What you'll bringA minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Communication and/ or PR, and not afraid of rolling up their sleeves to do more tactical translations when necessary.
