IT Sales Business Applications Expert (w/m/d) To strengthen our global Digital BusinessDevelopment department, we are looking for a Sales Business Applications TechExpert to serve as our applications technology expert.
The department is part of the Sales Divisionand is tasked with driving the digitalization of the division and cooperateswith local markets and other global units to enable and empower the achievementof sales objectives as well as guaranteeing overarching corporate policies andgovernance provided by the IT department. You will be responsible forguaranteeing systems stability and operability to enable value generation from softwareand technical capabilities across the various stages of the systems developmentlife cycle in the digital sales domain.
YOUR TASKS
Ensure application maintenance and monitoring , ensuring applications stability and operability Support and technical troubleshooting to resolve issues and bugs Definition, implementation and documentation of interfaces to guarantee information exchange Setup of technical configurations , assurance of security standards and IT policies within Sales Business Applications Take part in analysis, implementation, testing, and optimization projects and activities of enterprise business applications in the Sales Domain (ECOM, WEB & Experience, CRM, Order intake) Contribute to 360° digital product ownership: business applications operations and evolution management from ideation to inception, delivery and daily usage Act as a technology subject matter expert across all Business Applications Participating in the delivery of projects YOUR PROFILE
3 years of experience in software engineering or similar functional/technical roles The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with E-Commerce platforms (e.g. BigCommerce), CMS (e.g. Magnolia) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) is a great advantage Experience and knowledge of software development lifecycles, interfacing and integrating systems Exposure to HTML, JS and CSS Highly committed talent with strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in Italian and English, German is a plus OUR OFFER
