How you'll live your ambition: We're looking for a talented professional to join the IT Project Manager - ERP Finance, at the Company's Headquarter in Genoa – Italy.
Your role will be critical in ensuring the successful implementation of ERP solutions within the finance domain.
Demonstrate your passion You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP finance modules. You will translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements for ERP system enhancements or implementations. You will lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for ERP finance initiatives. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and vendors, to ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline. You will conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support during system implementations and post-implementation phases. Get things right You will identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery. You will maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication between business users and technical teams. You will ensure systems compliance to SOX, GDPR regulations and to all Company requirements and policies.
What makes you unique: Your journey includes proven experience (5-7 years) as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in ERP implementations for global companies, specifically within the finance domain. You have a strong understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. You have an academic background in informatics/computer science. You have experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Netsuite (preferred). You embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English (any other language represents an appreciated skill). Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills combined with excellent planning and problem-solving skills. You embrace innovation, creativity, and strategy guided by strong digital skills and a proactive approach to spotting problems and areas of improvement. You have strong relationship-building abilities to work collaboratively at all levels and with colleagues located in different countries. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and ORACLE EPM knowledge are a plus. You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
