It Processes And Data Office Crm-Bocconi Internship

We are seeking an intern for our Internship, IT Processes Data Office.
Within the Employer Relations Career Services Business Unit, in charge of managing partnerships with employers in order to provide internship/placement opportunities and career advice to Bocconi students, the team focuses on process analysis and implementing information systems.This internship offers an excellent learning experience, providing the selected candidate with a deep understanding of how a service-oriented organization operates gained by working on process analysis, organizational design, and the implementations of technological innovations to improve management and services.Key Responsibilities:Support the deployment of a new University CRM: Assist in system monitoring, user support, data cleansing, and the preparation of manuals, FAQs, and reports.Contribute to the creation of online services: Participate in the analysis, benchmarking, and creation of guidelines for new, innovative projects targeted at students.Analyze and improve business processes: Support the evolution of processes and related information systems across the Business Unit.Requirements:Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path;Fluent in English and Italian;Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months);Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus;Experience in creating and interpreting dashboards and reports;Knowledge of SQL for database querying and management;Curious to know how a higher education institution operates in order to implement processes, innovation, and information systems;Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving skills, analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with attention to detail.We offer a 6 months paid internship, starting from October 2024.Place of work: MILANData inizio prevista: 11/10/2024Categoria Professionale: Servizi ProfessionaliCittà: Milano (Milano)Disponibilità oraria:Full Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
