We are looking for an IT Marketing Analytics Specialist based in our HQ's in Milan.

This Specialist plays a crucial role in providing support to the Business teams. The candidate should have a robust technological background, particularly in areas such as data lakes, data processing, digital analytics, and digital marketing.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics and front-end marketing analytics tools.Support digital advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, and TikTok.Work with data lakes and data processing technologies.Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Maintain high standards of accuracy and adhere to deadlines.Build strong relationships with Business/IT colleagues and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with GDPR and security company policies.Requirements: Approximately 3-5 years of experience.Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Fluent in English and Italian.Expertise in digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and front-end marketing analytics tools.Knowledge of digital advertising systems (Google Ads, Meta).Understanding of topics like Consent Mode, Custom Audience, Leads ADS, and server-side tracking.Proficiency in data lakes and data processing languages (Python, SQL).Excellent project and time management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
