RDM Group is looking for anIT Business Analyst to join theIT Team based inMilan, Italy.
TheIT Business Analyst supports & improves the group organization'sprocesses and systems .
He/she is in charge ofconducting research andanalysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and support to introduce and implement new systems to business and all company areas.
The Business Analyst isresponsible for the delivery and integration of supply chain projects and products, usingAgile methods .
The Business Analyst work closely with theCIO, all Stream leaders and the rest of the team , to define the vision, keep everyone on the right track and ensure common practices, feeding this into the prioritization of work.
He/She is responsible forengaging with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value.
Accountabilities: Supporting the implementation of a simplifiedsupply chain flows structure ; Brainstorming new ways to add more functionality to systems; Aligning best practices across the different offices and ensure the new system functionalities are adopted by all; Assisting inimplementation of SLAs per area and oversee that all area's stay aligned with SLA; Training Key Users on how to appropriately utilize systems; Writing business flows procedures and instruction manuals for systems; Consulting with managers to determine what role the systems play in the business; Testing all system changes before roll-out in production, to ensure quality and function.
This to avoid disruption of the business; Preparing costs and benefits analysis for system changes and agreeing with the business priority for development; Brainstorming new ways to add more functionality to systems; Choosing and configuring the hardware and software of an integrated supply chain system.
Requirements: Degree in management engineering, economics or equivalent culture; At least 3 years of experience in a similar role ; Knowledge of MES and Integrated Supply Chain systems and tools; Fluency in English; Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; The ability to work independently; Capability to work in Team with other Colleagues and other Departments; #J-18808-Ljbffr
