Investor Relations ManagerWe're seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join our headquarter in Milan.
As IR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the relationship between our company and its investors. Reporting directly to the Chief Investor Relations, Sustainability and Communication Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks:
Assisting in the coordination of conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings.Gathering insights on how the investment community perceives our company's management and financial results.Crafting presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.Overseeing the investor relations section of our company website.Keeping track of market analysis reports for our top management.Additionally, this role will involve: Building relationships with the financial community and contributing to the development of our Group's financial communication strategies and guidelines.Providing support in organizing and managing Investor Relations events and executing the Investor Relations Plan.Managing the Investor Relations Department's agenda and calendar.Assisting investors and financial analysts in creating studies and forecast models.Developing financial valuation models.Assisting in the creation of presentations and financial releases.The ideal candidate should have: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in Investor Relations.Strong analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.The ability to work in a team.A strong initiative and a focus on innovation.Proficiency in English is a must.
