**About the Business**
Our Destination Management services form the core of our business.
Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their traveler's needs.
We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.
**Role**
We are currently offering in **JTB Italy srl based in Rome an internship experience **in the MICE department.
- A passion for tourism and MICE industry
- A natural curiosity for the travel environment and the passion to share her/his enthusiasm & knowledge
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex environment
- The will to learn and grow along and with a market leading company
**Responsibilities include**
- Assist the Project Managers during creation, planning and delivery of MICE projects for international clients travelling to Italy
- Support bookings and logistics operations for all land arrangements
- Creation of fresh proposal with continuous research on product ideas and suppliers
**Essential requirements**:
- Fluent in English.
- Written and verbal language skills are essential.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Domicile in Lazio region
