On behalf of Hager & Elsässer (GradiantGroup), a global company leader in designing and manufacturing highly-engineered water treatment solutions, we are looking for a:
Project Manager – Water Treatment The ideal candidate owns a Degree in Engineering and has at least three years of experience in similar roles within EP / EPC or plant engineering companies active in the water treatment sector or similar fields.
As Project Manager, the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of assigned projects in order to assure product quality, on-time delivery, and budget control.
In detail, the candidate will be in charge of:
Manage the plant design in terms of planning, resources, and objectives; Review the order file and confirm the scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation; Confirm the selection and design of the equipment and coordinate the calculations and sketches necessary to establish the design of the equipment; Work with specialists from different disciplines (process engineers, designers) to achieve quality and timing objectives; Establish and track cost budgets for jobs by collaborating with sales and cost specialists; Maintain the delivery schedule for work based on customer requirements and workloads, including coordination of drafting, purchasing, production, and quality control; Manage suppliers and external collaborators during the engineering and construction phases; Interface with the client for all aspects of the project; Coordinate all required technical and commercial correspondence relating to the job.
Requirements: Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Energy); 3+ years of experience in similar roles; Experience on EP / EPC projects and on the design of water treatment plants for industrial applications (Semiconductors, Power, Oil & Gas, etc.)
will be considered a plus; Problem-solving and business acumen; Team working; Proficient in English.
