Internal Audit Support Specialist

Description As IT Audit Support Specialist, you play a crucial role in supporting internal IT audit processes by supporting the audit execution, by coordinating and monitoring the internal IT audit activities, by planning mitigations, by documenting and reporting the mitigation strategies and by ensuring the compliance assurance with our key standards.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal audit teams to prepare and facilitate smooth execution of IT audits.Provide expertise in IT systems, processes, and controls to ensure comprehensive audit coverage.Act as a central point of contact for IT audit-related activities, coordinating efforts across various teams and departments.Monitor the progress of audit activities, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.Work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies for mitigating audit findings.Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance IT controls and compliance.Maintain detailed documentation of audit processes, findings, and mitigation strategies.Generate comprehensive reports summarizing audit results, mitigation efforts, and areas for improvement.Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.Advise and support on the development and enhancement of IT policies and procedures.Provide training sessions to relevant teams on IT audit processes and best practices.Foster a culture of awareness and responsibility regarding IT controls and compliance.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal audit process by providing insights and recommendations for enhancing efficiency and effectivenessRequirements:
Masters / Bachelor's degree preferable in Information Management Systems, Business AdministrationProven experience in a similar role5+ years of professional working experience in areas of Audit, Risk Management or SecurityKnowledge of ITIL, ISO/NIST, COBITKnowledge of Information Systems Auditor (CISA)Risk & Information System Control (CRISC)Excellent problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills
