Job Description Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

We are looking for an intern who can have a development experience within the HR Team. The resource will have the chance to experiment directly with a 360° experience on the following topics:

People management processes HR Administration Talent acquisition Employee development Health & Safety Employee relations Employee engagement The main tasks that will be assigned are:

Support the HR organization in daily administration tasks Support the implementation of the main engagement activities Support the HR team on Health & Safety management Support the HR team on talent management (training & development) Analysis and reporting on the main HR metrics The candidate will have the chance to interact with the business leaders and understand the dynamics associated with a med-device multinational company.

Minimal Requirements: Degree in Economics or Law Fluent in Italian, English, both written and oral Good knowledge of Office Package with a specific focus on Excel and PPT Good communication skills Strong motivation with good interpersonal skills and team work attitude Attention to details and strong analytical skills Curiosity Passion for the medical device industry Travel Percentage: None
