We're seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Facilities Management & Operations to join our Real Estate Portfolio Management team. This role is located in Milan, Italy – HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Facilities Management: Support local Facilities team to ensure it works effectively together and in close co-operation with client and colleagues to deliver professional customer-focused service. Motivate and guide the Facilities team in the performance of their duties and assist them to maximize their potential. Budget and Risk Control: Support input and review of the annual budget and capital plan for the provision of Facilities and review expenditure on a monthly basis, ensuring budget Plan is met. Regularly review and provide innovative solutions to reduce costs and provide value. Business Continuity: Review and provide support of procedures in place to minimize impact following the invocation of the Company's business continuity plan. Reporting: Provide input and review of the management information reporting received and filed in the Support Services file and accessible to all, and utilize Management Information to improve services, costs and mitigate risk. Projects: Support the delivery of special projects related to the services provided. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to communicate with both internal and external customers and service providers at all levels in a courteous and professional manner. Excellent organizational skills and logical thinking, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to new situations. Confident and reliable – sufficient to represent the department and organization at all levels, internally and externally. Discretion and tact when dealing with difficult client/suppliers or situations. Methodical approach and ability to think laterally in dealing with diverse situations. Strong leadership qualities and ability to delegate in accordance with the team's strengths and qualities. Up to date knowledge on the range of services available to meet the needs of customers and the Company. Attention to detail. Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written, are a requirement.
