**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
**Reports to**: Growth HUB Lead
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Map the consumer journeys to set a goal for each consumer segment and lead the consumer to the outlined destination
- Synchronize teams, content, channels, workflows, and data, to ensure that all resources work together to improve the EMs' consumer journeys
- Prioritize Growth Hub activities using qualifiers and setting thresholds
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify potential optimization strategies by making adjustments
- Leverage your digital marketing knowledge to identify and propose multi-channel projects ready to drive impact for AME markets
- Assist with cross-functional coordination, supporting with inputs/approvals from applicable teams when required (e.g. End Markets, Digital, Creative, Analytics, Legal, Ecommerce, Enhancement etc.)
- Gather the Growth Hub's resourcing requirements and runs capacity planning to ensure maximum value from the team
- Catalogue all the initiatives/growth viable products activated in order to facilitate a lift & shift approach across DRBUs/EMs
- Run and track the Maturity Assessment for each stream, in order to monitor the progress towards the capability roadmap
- Provide support and expertise to direct reports and junior colleagues, helping them to develop their careers and provide them with learning opportunities
- Follow digital trends and proactively propose innovative Martech solutions (e.g. startups, ML tools) to unlock value and formulates strategies to scale them
- Contribute to the inclusive team culture where people are recognized
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor's Degree with relevant professional qualification
- 5+ years of directly related or relevant experience, preferably in digital marketing, brand management, omnichannel engagement, or consumer experience, preferably in a Strategic Consulting company
- Knowledge of project management including coordinating digital teams, agencies and third parties
- Digital marketing knowledge and an understanding of how to improve channels across the full marketing mix
- Knowledge of data-driven personalisation and marketing methods to offer a consumer-centric marketing approach
- Strong budget and resourcing management skills with the ability to make strategic decisions
- A mind for seeking efficiency and an interest in defining new processes
- An ability to work as part of a team, working on multiple projects for multiple collaborators at the same time
- Strong English language skills
- Excellent Communicator

- Some familiarity with common MarTech inc. Salesforce, Adobe, Google Analytics etc
