Contract: 12-Month Renewable
Seeking an engineer with expertise in Process Instrumentation, Custody Measurement (project-dependent), and Process Control & Automation to support a major project.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:Develop practical solutions to engineering challenges.Assess manufacturers for technical competence and compliance.Conduct technical studies on project issues and provide reports for management.Review and enhance engineering and design proposals.Prepare and update engineering documentation, including procedures, standards, and specifications.Requirements:BSc in Electrical, Mechanical, Process, or Process Control Engineering.10-15 years of experience in instrument and control engineering in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems: flow, level, pressure, temperature, and process analysis.Proven experience in instrument selection for process applications.Expertise in boiler, heater, and furnace control per project needs.Proficient in material selection for in-line instrumentation.Familiar with electrical systems for instrumentation, including cabling, wiring, grounding, and control circuits. Experience with hazardous area design required.Experience with project control systems (PCS) and final acceptance testing (FAT).Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
