Every day, Agilent Field Service Engineers help our customers to solve issues that enable scientists to make discoveries that enhance the quality of life. You will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer training on ouratomic spectroscopy(ICP-MS, ICP-OES).
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Respond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade and preventive maintenance activities
• Contact customers in a timely manner and schedules service efficiently
• Connect with manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectations
• Maintain Agilent's customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and procedures
• Complete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accurately
• Provide feedback to the Product Specialists, manufacturing or OEM vendors concerning performance anomalies encountered - use the complaint handling system as required
• Address customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after service
This role won't be head-office based and you will working remotely combined with travel to customer sites, mainly inLaziobut also in theSouth of Italy(a company car will be available to you).
Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with the following background:
•University degreein aChemistryrelated topic (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc…)
•First hands-on experiencewithatomic spectroscopy (ICP-MS, ICP-OES) solutionsas anend-user ORin a similartechnical support role
• Full proficiency inItalianand at least intermediate level ofEnglish
• Avalid driving license
On a personal level, you areproactive,outgoingandcustomer focused. You enjoy working bothautonomouslyand aspart of a team, tosolve various types of problems. You havegreat communicationsandwritten skillsto interact with many internal and external partners.
