About the role: In light of research and innovation projects funded by the European Commission as part of the Horizon programme, ENCO is currently seeking two Exploitation and Innovation Managers.
This role exclusively revolves around Horizon projects.
The selected individuals will be tasked with crafting strategic and quantitative analyses on industry value chains, market trends, and end-user requirements, devising business models and plans, and formulating go-to-market strategies for the innovative solutions developed within the assigned projects.
Working with companies, universities, and research centres from all over Europe, the ideal candidates should possess the ability to swiftly grasp and elaborate on complex information, comprehend the needs of projects and consortia, lead the formulation of post-project strategies, and translate them into effective business models and plans.
