Industrial Controller (M/F) /D

**Industrial Controller M/F/d**:
**Duties & Responsabilities**:
- Data management and analysis of production performances and company performance, proposing continuous improvement ideas, in alignment with technical/ production department
- Active collaboration with other plants controller/ divisional projects
- Active participation in cost-saving projects
- Advanced management of the item costing process (variance analysis)
- Management of industrial accounting
- Detailed analysis of Working Capital performance
- Identification of necessary changes in the company's ERP, following their implementation with the developers
- Contribute to build and maintain Power BI Dashboard
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing and multinational context
- Fluent English
- Experience with corporate ERP (preferably Navision) and knowledge of Power BI system
- Data Analyst mindset and skills
- Proactivity, precision and good communication skills
