Our HQ in **Trento (Italy) **is currently looking for a:
**CONTROLLER**
Lead business and financial analysis, forecasting and reporting of the Home Care Division business investments (CAPEX) and operative costs (OPEX), to support effective decision making and improve operational excellence.
- Responsibilities:_
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of operative costs (Indirect & SG&A) including expenses, personnel and headcount to evaluate the Home Care Division performance versus budget, monthly and quarterly forecasts; interact and support Management in the status.
- Management of the Cost Centers structure, in line with the Division evolving organization and growth.
- Manage preparation and presentation of investment proposals, including business opinions, financial models, and cost-benefit analyses, to senior management for approval.
- Manage the end-to-end capital expenditure process, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of the actual expenditure versus approved business opinion, forecasts and budget.
- Manage preparation and presentation of Home Care CAPEX and OPEX performance to KDC and senior management, as well as ad-hoc reports.
- Management and development of data analysis and reporting tools (SAP, Tagetik, TM1, Business Intelligence, Analysis for Office, etc).
- Requirements:_
- ** Fluency in English is a prerequisite**:
- ** University Degree in Economics**:
- ** 5+ years in similar positions, preferably in FMCG Companies**:
- Experience abroad is a plus
- ** Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must); SAP and Tagetik are a plus**:
- ** High-developed analytical and organizational skills**:
